About The Position
Heartland Imaging is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate individual who is a strong communicator to join an energetic, patient-focused team! Are you passionate about patient care? Do you love interacting with people? Come and join our team as a Patient Coordinator for a Full-Time Flex (30-40 hours/week) at our outpatient imaging center located in Louisville, Kentucky.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient care
- Enjoy interacting with people
Responsibilities
- Welcoming, registering, and overall patient coordination
- Phone correspondence
- Scheduling appointments
- Inventory management
- Medical record management
- Collaborating and leading the Imaging Center team in providing excellent patient care
- Supporting the operational goals for both the Center and the organization
