The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Knoxville is seeking a part-time Adjunct Instructor of Patient Care Technology/Medical Assisting at our Union County campus evening program. In this role, you will deliver high-quality instruction in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings — including nursing assisting, phlebotomy, electrocardiography (EKG), anatomy and physiology, and medical terminology — helping students earn the credentials that launch their careers in hospitals, long-term care facilities, physicians’ offices, and clinics throughout East Tennessee. You will join a supportive faculty team and have the opportunity to combine your passion for healthcare with the rewarding work of teaching and mentoring. This is a part-time adjunct position working fewer than 30 hours per week. Days, hours, and instructional assignments are scheduled by the Director of Practical Nursing and Allied Health based on program and student needs and may vary by term. Travel to clinical sites and other TCAT Knoxville campuses may be required.
