Requirements
- Graduate of State Certified Program and High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a technician program or hospital program.
- EKG/Phlebotomy/BLS Certification required.
- Minimum of one year experience required.
- OHS FIT TEST
Responsibilities
- Take and record patient's height/weight, health history, and vital signs including blood pressure.
- Perform blood drawing and EKGs.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Prepare examination rooms.
- Sterilize equipment.
- Assist in clerical procedures including scheduling patients and answering phones.
- Perform routine tests such as urinalysis, blood sugar, and hematocrit.
