About The Position
The Patient Care Technician assists with patient care under the supervision of physicians, advanced practice providers, and nurses, and also performs administrative tasks to support the effective delivery of care. Patient Care Technicians will work within all in-patient and ambulatory care areas depending on staffing needs.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the State of Colorado
- Unrestricted license to practice as an EMT in the state of Colorado and completion of CDPHE-approved IV course
- Certified Patient Care Technician (CPCT)
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of experience and education will be considered.
