Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient interviews; and obtain and document vital signs, weights, and heights.
  • Support clinic visits (walk-in and scheduled) by verifying patient information, accurately recording clinical data, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist patients with mobility, including ambulation and transfers, and guide them through the care process to ensure timely arrival to scheduled appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, vital signs, and clinical observations.
  • Perform clinical procedures, including EKGs and phlebotomy, while maintaining related equipment and inventory.
  • Observe, monitor, and report changes in patient condition to the RN in a timely manner.
  • Provide emotional support to patients in alignment with the established plan of care.
  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times, with strong communication skills, active listening, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a strong work ethic.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
