About The Position

DaVita Kidney Care is launching a new team, DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services, to provide industry-leading clinical quality to patients on-site at skilled nursing facilities (SNF). Teammates in this role will have access to DaVita's resources, work in a start-up-like environment, and focus on improving patient lives. The position requires comfort working autonomously and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Patient Care Technician (PCT) will be responsible for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track, working in conjunction with dialysis RNs. This is a Full-Time position based at Bella Terra - Lombard, with potential support for surrounding sites. Operations run Monday through Saturday, with varying schedules based on market needs. The role involves complex DSD Dialysis care, with a focus on meeting and exceeding clinical outcomes and multitasking to meet the needs of the service, patients, and SNF partners.
