DaVita Kidney Care is launching DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services (DSD), a new team focused on providing industry-leading clinical quality to patients on-site at skilled nursing facilities (SNF). This initiative aims to reduce the burden on patients who currently travel for dialysis and lower healthcare costs. DSD teammates will leverage DaVita's resources to build and grow this new service line. The ideal candidate thrives in a start-up environment, is passionate about improving patient lives, and has a proven ability to get things done. Comfort with autonomous work and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track, working in conjunction with dialysis RNs. The primary work schedule is Full-Time, based at our site dialysis den in the Premier Washington - Oak Springs facility, with potential to support surrounding sites. Operations run Monday through Saturday, with scheduled days varying based on market needs. DSD Dialysis care is complex yet fulfilling, with a focus on meeting and exceeding clinical outcomes. Multitasking is expected to meet the needs of the service, patients, and SNF partners. You will provide comprehensive patient care in an independent setting, requiring constant use of critical thinking and core skills to monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Witnessing the impact of your care on patients' lives is a key source of job satisfaction.
