About The Position
The Patient Care Tech works in the Mother Baby Department at Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, Georgia. Under the supervision of licensed clinical staff, the role provides care to patients from birth through the lifecycle and demonstrates competency with treatments, procedures, and equipment appropriate to the clinical setting and hospital policy. The schedule is 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., three 12-hour shifts per week, with weekends required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- One year of patient care experience.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Certification from a Patient Care Technician program.
