About The Position

The Patient Care Tech works in the Mother Baby Department at Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, Georgia. Under the supervision of licensed clinical staff, the role provides care to patients from birth through the lifecycle and demonstrates competency with treatments, procedures, and equipment appropriate to the clinical setting and hospital policy. The schedule is 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., three 12-hour shifts, with weekends required.

Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification is required upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• One year of patient care experience preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
• Certification from a Patient Care Technician program preferred.
