About The Position

The Patient Care Tech provides care to patients from birth through the lifecycle under the supervision of licensed clinical staff. The role requires competency with treatments, procedures, and equipment appropriate to the clinical setting and hospital policy. The position involves 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., as needed, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
• One year of patient care experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Patient care experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Certification from a Patient Care Technician program.
