About The Position
Under the supervision of a registered nurse, performs specific assigned duties in providing patient care for telemetry patients in accordance with established SRH and Nursing Services Policies and standard work. Functions in a supportive role to communicate patient care needs and resolve work-related issues. Performs any other job-related duties as requested by manager or Department director.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program or equivalent.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with telemetry monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
