This position functions as both a Patient Care Tech (PCT) and Health Unit Coordinator (HUC). A Patient Care Tech functions as a clinical support partner assisting the patient care team by performing various tasks and procedures as instructed by a licensed professional. Be on a team where specially trained staff administer infusion therapy medications through a needle or catheter, bypassing the need for a hospital stay. Our centers offer a comfortable, outpatient setting for treatments like antibiotics, chemotherapy, blood products, and hydration, which are often used for conditions like cancer, autoimmune diseases, or infections. You will also assist physicians and nurses in assessing, treating, and managing acute and chronic wounds.
