Requirements

  • Organizational skills are essential for managing multiple patient schedules, coordinating care activities, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services, procedures, and care plans.
  • Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals to ensure timely access to care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and insurance representatives to facilitate seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
  • Assist patients in understanding their treatment options, insurance coverage, and financial responsibilities.
  • Identify and escalate patient concerns or barriers to care to appropriate clinical or administrative personnel.
