About The Position

The Patient Care Services Supervisor provides oversight and coordination for a designated clinical program and related patient care areas. The role focuses primarily on supervising daily patient care and ensuring that care meets quality standards in a cost-effective manner. The Supervisor also supports performance improvement, statistical data collection, patient and community education, and organizational change management for the program and related patient care areas. In collaboration with their direct manager, the Supervisor contributes to goal setting and planning and provides timely information and feedback, including input on financial and quality performance and human resource issues.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of progressive nursing experience, preferably in a related specialty.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN), required upon start.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for the Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association (AHA), required upon start.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred.
