Posterity Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to serve as a key point of contact for returning patients while supporting day-to-day administrative and operational needs across the organization. This role is responsible for managing inbound calls from returning patients, triaging inquiries appropriately, and ensuring a high-quality, responsive patient experience. In addition, this position will provide administrative support to the broader team, including assisting leadership, coordinating logistics for events, and supporting internal operations.
