This role involves greeting patients, managing check-ins, handling payments, ensuring patient privacy, processing mail, preparing for appointments, and maintaining accurate records. The representative will also answer patient and doctor concerns, stay updated on policies, manage petty cash, assist with training, and work collaboratively with various departments to ensure efficiency and high survey return rates.
