WFH Expectations: If the employee is:      <75 mi. from the office, they will
be in 2 times per week (Work in office: 40%; Work from home: 60%) 76-100 mi.
from the office, one day per week (Work in office: 20%; Work from home:
80%) >100 mi. from the office, fully remote (Work from home: 100%)

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Masterful communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with organizational wizardry.
• Proven decision-making ability and multitasking mastery.
• Familiarity with HIPAA rules.
• Data entry and computer wizardry.
• Availability to work flexible hours in an office setting.

Responsibilities

• Dive into inbound calls, helping members with their prescription benefit needs.
• Deliver accurate and uplifting info on benefit plans and True Rx Health Strategist services.
• Keep a detailed playbook and escalate issues for warp-speed resolutions.
• Team up with internal and external partners to conquer customer inquiries.
• Hit the highest notes in departmental standards for quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Act as a liaison, delivering product/services info and solving issues with precision.
