About The Position

Patient Care Representative (PCR) supporting Bunkie Inpatient Hospital. The Patient Care Representative educates physicians, referral sources, and the community about the services of Beacon Behavioral Hospital and Beacon Behavioral Outpatient. They act as a liaison with referral sources, identifying the benefits of services to the community and potential clients. This role involves working with other staff to develop appropriate plans for company operations, participating in local organizations related to community health services, and developing yearly action plans based on the business plan. The PCR manages a database of referral and patient populations, maintaining a customer profiling and tracking system to ensure the agency meets customer needs. They also schedule, coordinate, and execute health fairs and other group forums, obtain consumer and physician feedback for program development, analyze patient and physician satisfaction results, and respond appropriately. Additionally, the role is responsible for maintaining the established public relations program. Requirements

  • Degree in health-related field or Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare field.
