About The Position

HealthSource Chiropractic of Southwest Fort Worth is looking for an energetic, dependable and highly personable Patient Care & Rehab Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves guiding patients through doctor-prescribed corrective exercises, ensuring proper technique, and accurately following treatment plans. You will also help patients understand their progress and goals, apply therapies, complete movement screens, and manage patient flow to ensure a positive clinic experience. Building meaningful relationships with patients, encouraging engagement, and asking for referrals and reviews are key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will assist with social media, in-clinic marketing, community outreach, and represent HealthSource professionally in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Guide patients through doctor-prescribed corrective exercises
  • Ensure exercises are performed safely and with proper technique
  • Follow each doctor’s treatment plan accurately and consistently
  • Help patients understand how their exercises connect to their goals for care
  • Discuss patients’ key values, progress, wins and remaining goals
  • Progress patients through exercises according to the doctor’s plan
  • Communicate patient concerns, changes and progress to the doctors
  • Apply therapies such as spinal decompression and Class IV laser therapy
  • Complete movement screens and assist with custom-orthotic measurements
  • Help manage patient flow and maintain a smooth, positive clinic experience
  • Complete assigned documentation accurately and on time
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their care
  • Celebrate progress and keep patients engaged in their treatment plans
  • Ask satisfied patients for referrals and online reviews
  • Make appropriate product and service recommendations
  • Help patients understand additional services that may support their goals
  • Participate in clinic promotions, Demo Days and patient-appreciation activities
  • Assist with social media and in-clinic marketing
  • Help identify and coordinate community outreach opportunities
  • Participate in health fairs, screenings, workshops and marketing events
  • Represent HealthSource professionally in the clinic and community
  • Help develop relationships that introduce new patients to the clinic
