About The Position
Resolve Sleep Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for their Bridgewater, NS clinic. This role is a temporary 1-year maternity leave contract. The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients, responsible for setting a positive and supportive tone, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, supporting the clinical team, and delivering excellent care. Occasional evening and/or Saturday shifts will be required.
Requirements
- A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and a quick learner who thrives in a busy clinic
- A team-first mindset and a solutions-focused approach
- Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service
- Comfort with digital tools, including attention to detail and accuracy in EMR systems, documentation and virtual care (training provided)

Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards
- Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
- Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
- Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
- Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
- Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
- Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values
