About The Position

Our office, Triangle Implant Center - Cary in Cary, NC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice. Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g fax, printer ect.)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • A high school diploma
  • Desires to help your patients

Nice To Haves

  • Oral Surgery and Implant admin experience preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients to the dental office
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Keep updates records and files
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper ect.)
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday from 7:45am-4:00pm
