About The Position

At Resolve Sleep Health, Canada’s largest independent provider of sleep health services with over 145 clinics, the mission is to help Canadians achieve better sleep. The company transforms patient care through innovation, technology, and compassionate teamwork, making sleep health accessible, effective, and life changing. This temporary full-time Patient Care Coordinator role is a 1-year maternity leave contract, based in Toronto, ON, at the 123 Edward Street Unit #811 clinic. In this important front-line role, the coordinator will be the initial point of contact for patients, setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience. The role involves maintaining smooth clinic operations, supporting the clinical team, and playing a key role in delivering excellent care.

Requirements

  • A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and a quick learner who thrives in a busy clinic
  • A team-first mindset and a solutions-focused approach
  • Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service
  • Comfort with digital tools, including attention to detail and accuracy in EMR systems, documentation and virtual care (training provided)

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards
  • Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
  • Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
  • Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
  • Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
  • Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
  • Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values
