About The Position

We are seeking a temporary full-time Patient Care Coordinator for a 1-year maternity leave contract in Gander, Newfoundland. In this front-line role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive and supportive experience, helping to keep the clinic running smoothly, supporting the clinical team, and playing a key role in delivering excellent care.

Requirements

A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills
Detail-oriented and a quick learner who thrives in a busy clinic
A team-first mindset and a solutions-focused approach
Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service
Comfort with digital tools, including attention to detail and accuracy in EMR systems, documentation and virtual care (training provided)

Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards
Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values
