Patient Care Coordinator (Saint Petersburg)
About The Position
US Fertility has an immediate opening for a Patient Care Coordinator at Shady Grove Fertility in St. Petersburg, Florida. The role supports the clinical care of fertility patients and offers the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to patients and care teams. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The Patient Care Coordinator provides counseling and procedure education to patients and couples, communicates physician orders and instructions, and provides pre- and post-operative education. The role also involves offering emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, working independently to help achieve program goals, and supporting excellent customer service. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of prior healthcare experience.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated follow-through.
- Comfort with computer applications and accuracy and speed in data entry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients.
