About The Position

US Fertility is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join the team at Shady Grove Fertility in St. Petersburg, Florida. The role supports the clinical care of fertility patients and offers the opportunity to work closely with patients and care teams within a nationally respected organization. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The coordinator provides patient and couple counseling, teaches patients about procedures, communicates physician orders and instructions, and provides pre- and post-operative education. The role also involves offering emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, working independently to help achieve program goals, and supporting excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of prior healthcare experience.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow through.
• Comfort with computer applications and accuracy and speed with data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients.
