The Hearing Care Coordinator (HCC) works closely with the clinical staff to ensure patients are provided with quality care and service. By partnering with the Hearing Care Professionals onsite, the HCC provides support to referring physicians and patients. The HCC will schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits and details, and assist with support needs within the clinic. This role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, handling insurance verification, processing payments, and assisting with general office duties and inventory management. Additionally, the HCC will support sales of accessories, process patient orders, and assist with community outreach events.
