About The Position

Resolve Sleep Health is Canada’s largest independent provider of sleep health services with over 145 clinics. They are seeking a casual Patient Care Coordinator to join their team in Vancouver, BC. In this front-line role, the Patient Care Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for setting a positive and supportive tone, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, supporting the clinical team, and delivering excellent care. The company's mission is to help Canadians improve their sleep for a better life, making sleep health accessible, effective, and life-changing through innovation, technology, and compassionate teamwork.

Requirements

A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills
Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese required
Detail-oriented and a quick learner who thrives in a busy clinic
A team-first mindset and a solutions-focused approach
Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service
Comfort with digital tools, including attention to detail and accuracy in EMR systems, documentation and virtual care (training provided)

Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards
Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values
