About The Position

Patient Care Coordinator Hourly Rate is $14/hour during probationary period, then $15/hour Four days/week: M-Th, 28 hours (9:00-4:00) Work days will rotate between Albany, Cordele, and Americus Are you detail-oriented and seeking to make a positive impact in a professional office environment? Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Nice To Haves

2 years of office experience is preferred.
2 years of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform general office duties and assist the Hearing Care Practitioner (HCP) with the patient process.
Utilize the scheduling system efficiently to maximize testing opportunities in the office.
Actively contact current, past, and potential patients through identified sources and track/report appointment results.
Collaborate with the HCP to develop local marketing and sales activities, aiming to build community relationships and generate referrals.
Answer incoming phone calls and messages professionally, ensuring timely follow-up with patients.
Process and document clinic forms accurately to ensure compliance with HIPAA and state laws (e.g., patient records, financial forms, and insurance contracts).
Reconcile cash balance and manage accounts receivable and payable, including making bank deposits.
Maintain a clean and inviting office and work environment.
