About The Position

Colorado Springs Therapy Center serves a mix of pediatric and adult clients across two outpatient locations, offering a full range of occupational, physical, and speech therapy services in a kind environment. CSTC has been providing excellent care in the Colorado Springs area since 2006 and has been selected as one of the Gazette's Best Workplaces for the last six years. We currently have an opening for a Patient Care Coordinator interested in working at our North Colorado Springs location (near Chapel Hills Mall).

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or scheduling role is preferred
• Fluent in both Spanish and English

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients
• Answering phones
• Scheduling therapy visits
• Collecting copays
• Completing additional administrative tasks
