An established private audiology practice is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join their growing team in the Las Vegas and Henderson area. Requirements

- Comfortable working at both the Las Vegas and Henderson locations
Nice To Haves
- Previous medical, healthcare, or customer service experience is a plus, but motivated individuals with transferable skills are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Managing patient records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Assisting with insurance verification and patient paperwork
- Coordinating office flow and supporting day-to-day operations
- Traveling between the practice's Las Vegas and Henderson offices as needed
