About The Position

The Patient Care Coordinator administers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato® treatments to patients with depression and other psychiatric disorders under the supervision of a licensed provider. The role supports safe, accurate delivery of interventional therapies and provides patients with a compassionate, professional experience throughout treatment. It combines direct patient care with administrative responsibilities in a behavioral health clinic, including scheduling, patient check-in, payment collection, and record maintenance. The position guides patients through intake, treatment, and follow-up for TMS and intranasal Esketamine therapy. It includes educating patients about treatment processes and safety, monitoring them during and after treatment, assisting with assessments, maintaining clinical documentation, helping verify insurance coverage and follow up on pre-authorizations, and coordinating clinic flow. This is a PRN/per diem role in Killeen, Texas, with variable hours scheduled as needed to cover PTO, training days, or increased patient demand. Hours are primarily driven by TMS treatment volume and remain within the PRN threshold under applicable state law. PRN team members may receive first priority for full-time roles as services grow. The position is in person and is not eligible for benefits.
