About The Position

Join UNC Health Blue Ridge’s healthcare team as a Patient Care Coordinator. The role supports patient experiences by coordinating care throughout treatment, facilitating communication, managing scheduling, and serving as a supportive point of contact between patients and healthcare services. This is a full-time position of 36 hours per week, worked across four nine-hour days, Monday through Friday, with one weekday off each week. Regular hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a rotating opening shift of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care throughout patients’ treatment journeys.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare services.
• Manage scheduling.
