Our Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) are trusted advisors who build loyal patient books and drive real business outcomes. They own every consultation relationship from the first hello through long-term loyalty, ensuring patients walk out with a plan they're excited about and results they didn't think were accessible to them.
Requirements
- 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
- Comfortable in a commission-first structure.
- Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.
- Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations.
- Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
- Design customized treatment plans.
- Present treatment plans and financing options.
- Guide patients through their full aesthetic journey.
- Partner with clinicians and Location Directors to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
- Utilize LaserAway's custom CRM for lead generation and patient history access.
- Build patient trust and foster long-term relationships.
