About The Position

Our Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) are trusted advisors who build loyal patient books and drive real business outcomes. This role involves owning the entire consultation relationship from the first interaction through long-term loyalty, guiding patients through their aesthetic journey.
Requirements
- 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
- Comfortable in a commission-first structure.
- Polished, confident, and patient-centered in interactions.
- Weekend availability required.
- Motivated by results.

Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with patients.
- Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
- Present customized treatment plans and financing options.
- Partner with clinicians and Location Directors to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience.
- Utilize LaserAway's custom CRM for lead generation and patient history access.
- Grow a patient book and achieve revenue targets.
