The Hearing Care Coordinator (HCC) works closely with the clinical staff to ensure patients are provided with quality care and service. By partnering with the Hearing Care Professionals onsite, the HCC provides support to referring physicians and patients. The HCC will schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits and details, and assist with support needs within the clinic. This role requires a positive and professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The HCC is responsible for greeting patients, managing patient intake, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining patient files. Additionally, the role involves general office duties, inventory management, and assisting with event planning.
