About The Position

This is a customer-facing position that provides the highest-quality client service and patient care at the practice. Primary responsibilities include speaking with patients on the phone, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, patient check in and out, and a variety of front desk administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Personal presentation are critical to this role
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Efficiency at multi-tasking
  • Proficiency with computers and basic systems
  • The ability to interact with patients in a professional and friendly manner

  • Experience preferred, but we are willing to train someone with good customer service skills and a desire to learn
