About The Position

Join Our Team as an SRNA/CNA Clinical Nurse! Base Location: Owensboro, KY Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (40 hours per week) We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and adaptable SRNA/CNA Clinical Nurse to join our dedicated team! This full-time position requires travel to multiple clinic locations based on scheduling needs. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Nurse Aid, Medical Assistant or similar medical certification
minimum 1-3 years’ experience working in a medical or clinical setting
Ability to follow verbal and written directions
Good physical and mental health
Manual dexterity to handle instructions
Current knowledge of departmental procedures
Able to maintain a friendly work environment
Valid driver's license
Willing to submit to a background check and oral drug screen
Constant interpersonal skills, teamwork, customer service, reading, speaking, writing and understanding English, and problem analysis.
Frequent creativity, mentoring, presentations/teaching.
Frequent decision making and independent judgment or action.
Frequent keyboarding, sitting, standing, hearing and talking.

Nice To Haves

Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred.

Responsibilities

Interview patients and record vital signs (e.g., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height) in patient charts.
Prepare treatment rooms and assist providers during patient examinations and treatments.
Administer medications as directed and document administration in the EMR system.
Clean and sterilize instruments, restock medical supplies, and inventory/order necessary materials.
Assist with lab specimen collection according to lab standards.
Apply compresses, ice bags, and hot water bottles as needed.
Maintain accurate and complete medical histories, family and social histories, and medication records in the EMR system.
Verify patient demographics and other data for accuracy.
Coordinate with providers to ensure all organizational quality standards are consistently met.
Maintain Basic Life Support and CPR certification per Red Cross or American Heart Association guidelines.
Ensure treatment areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Provide coverage at multiple clinics as needed based on the schedule.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
