Northwest Arkansas Pediatric Clinic is seeking a full-time PCA/CNA to join our team. This position is Monday–Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with end times occasionally varying based on clinic needs. The PCA/CNA is responsible for escorting patients to exam rooms, obtaining vital signs, and accurately documenting information within our EHR system. Additional responsibilities include assisting nurses and physicians as directed, performing rapid laboratory testing such as urinalysis, hemoglobin, guaiac, rapid Strep, flu/covid, RSV testing, preparing and submitting outgoing labs, and conducting hearing and vision screenings. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced pediatric environment. The PCA/CNA will work one-on-one with physicians on a rotating basis while also collaborating in group settings with nurses, providers, and fellow staff members to ensure efficient patient care and clinic flow. We are looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, team-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
