The Lead Patient Care Assistant (PCA) position operates under the supervision of the PCA/MA Supervisor and is responsible for performing all core Patient Care Assistant duties while also serving as a frontline resource and operational support for the team. This role includes bringing patients from the lobby to the appropriate examination room, obtaining and documenting vital signs in the patient chart, and performing simple lab procedures. In addition to these responsibilities, the Lead PCA functions as a subject matter expert and day-to-day support for team operations. This role bridges staff and leadership by helping ensure workflows run smoothly, addressing questions in real time, and providing guidance to team members to support the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Team Lead helps stabilize the day. By providing real-time support and clarity, this role ensures both patients and staff experience consistency, efficiency, and care at every touchpoint. Travel between our Rogers location and three Fayetteville locations is required.
