About The Position
The Patient Care Aide (PCA) works under the direction of an RN or LPN, providing direct patient care and maintaining patient care standards. The role requires the ability to work with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, organize and set priorities, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Requirements
- Completion of high school or GED.
- BLS certification is required before the conclusion of the orientation period.
