The US Oncology Network is looking for a Patient Benefits Representative to join our team at Texas Oncology. This full-time position will support the Medical Oncology Department at our 6204 Balcones clinic in Austin, Texas. Typical work week is Monday through Friday, 7:30a - 4:00p. As a Patient Benefits Representative, you will play a key role in supporting patients throughout their care journey by assisting with insurance benefits, authorizations, and financial responsibilities. Through clear communication, attention to detail, and compassionate support, you’ll help create a smooth and positive experience for patients and their families during a challenging time. We are looking for someone who is proactive, service-driven, and committed to working collaboratively with patients, providers, and clinical teams to ensure exceptional care and support.
