About The Position
Serve as a key liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and foundations to help patients access essential medications regardless of financial limitations. The role coordinates assistance for patients facing high copays or other financial constraints, processes applications for pharmaceutical manufacturer assistance programs, and provides guidance on program eligibility and application requirements. Cases are documented and tracked using the CPR+ platform.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate assistance for patients with high copays or financial constraints.
- Process applications for pharmaceutical manufacturer assistance programs.
- Maintain frequent communication with physicians, patients, and pharmacy staff.
- Educate and guide patients on program eligibility and application requirements.
- Accurately document and track each case using the CPR+ platform.
