  • Collect and process payments, co-pays, and insurance documentation
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth daily operations
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
