About The Position

The Patient Admissions Representative is responsible for completing patient registrations in a timely, complete, and accurate manner while meeting payor requirements. The role manages telephone calls and communicates information appropriately with patients, physicians, and staff. The position is at the Ashwaubenon Clinic in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and is full-time at 36–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with no holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Preferred: post-secondary classes in medical insurance, medical terminology, and health care business.
• Preferred: hospital or clinic admitting experience or completion of a health business program.
• Preferred: computer and keyboarding skills, medical terminology, health insurance processing, excellent customer service skills, and decision-making skills.
