Requirements
- Upon hire, National Certification of CHAA.
- Three years of experience in a patient access or business office setting.
- Experience with insurance eligibility systems.
- Three years of utilizing medical terminology in a job setting.
- Knowledge of medical billing codes.
- One year of knowledge of Epic applications.
