About The Position

We work as a team in providing the patient with all the information and resources they may need to understand their situation and overcome their medical bills. Patient Account Representative (PAR) About the Role As a Patient Account Representative (PAR), you’ll play a key role in helping patients resolve their medical accounts. This is a customer-focused position where you’ll provide support, answer questions, and guide patients through their payment options with professionalism and care. High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

Prior medical office or healthcare experience is a plus (but not required).
Training is provided—bring your motivation and willingness to learn!

Responsibilities

Take inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with account questions.
Explain balances, payment options, and financial responsibilities clearly and professionally.
Negotiate payment arrangements and process payments accurately.
Update patient information and maintain accurate account records.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve account issues.
Meet performance goals while providing excellent customer service.
