Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Patient Account Rep II/Third Party Representative. This role involves insurance verification, eligibility, and benefits processing. The representative will assist management with trending, tracking, reporting, and process improvement for commercial and miscellaneous coverage. The accounts are referred by various sources, and the role also provides backup for Medicare/Medicare HMO, Tricare, and VA Coverage Discovery PAR. The position requires organizing and coordinating workflow, meeting deadlines, and staying updated on process changes. A productivity standard of 250 accounts per week is expected, with a Quality Review score goal of 3.0. The representative will pull weekly reports for vendors, identify and elevate trends related to insurance eligibility, verification, and loading, and provide timely issue reporting to supervisors.
