Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Part-time Patient Access Specialist to join their team. This role involves answering incoming and returning calls, responding quickly to patient inquiries, and scheduling/rescheduling patients to the appropriate clinic using various EMR systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary customer service, answer basic patient questions, provide program-specific information, and assist with other duties as directed.
