About The Position

Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinics is seeking a part-time Patient Access Specialist to join our highly committed and dynamic Rehab Services team as we provide excellent quality care to patients in our West Union, IA clinic setting. This is a part-time position, 30 hours per week, at the West Union, IA Rehab Department (.75 FTE).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Strong computer skills.
• Successful completion of defined core competency testing.
• 1 year of experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year prior healthcare experience
• Experience working with patient registration and scheduling.
