About The Position

The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) provides front-of-house, patient-facing support and helps create an exceptional patient experience. The representative proactively greets patients and visitors and offers a helpful, positive, welcoming, and friendly experience. The role provides outstanding customer service both in person and by phone. The position is based at the CP-North Hills Health Center facility in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, and is onsite. It is a 0.5 FTE role with 20 standard hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., two or three days per week.

Requirements

At least one year of experience as a receptionist or assistant, or in a customer service field.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Strong proactive organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare.
